For years, users of Gmail and Google Docs waited for the ability to use their accounts to store more than just email and documents. That day has finally arrived with Google's official introduction of the service on it's blog. You know can store up to 5GB of not only the documents you create using Google Docs, but your videos, photos, PDFs and more.
I am happy to report that this is been rectified with the release of the new free Android app for Fastcase today. Once you install and register the app (free for anyone). you are presented with a simple and uncluttered home screen that presents you with three options: 1) search case Law; 2) search statues; or 3) browse statutes.
I was recently asked if there was a way to track changes on a mobile device in MS Word devices. At that time I wasn't aware of any app having this capability. That has changed (at least for iOS devices) with the release of Office2 (Office Squared) from Byte2 (Byte Squared) in the UK. Sean Doherty over at LTN News has reported in his article Byte Squared Releases Mobile Office Tool With 'Track Changes' that Byte Squared is the first app provider out of the gate with this technology
