If you've ever wished that you could be better at searching the Internet using Google, now may be the time to get your wish. Google is offering a free online course Power Searching with Google …a short course on becoming a great internet searcher starting July 10, 2012.

According to tech site engadget, the course consists of six online classes of 50 min. each over a two week period to help improve your Google search skills. Check out the engadget article here. According to the course website from Google " Power Searching with Google is a free online, community-based course showcasing search techniques and how to use them to solve real, everyday problems.”

Registration is open from June 26 through July 16 was the first course launching on July 10. It of course will be launched on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between July 10 and July 19.
